Because each of the candles and wax melts are hand-poured with care in small batches, all sales are final.

I truly hope you love what you receive. Due to the nature of the products, I’m unable to offer returns or exchanges, but if something arrives damaged I will absolutely make it right.

🕯️ If Your Order Arrives Damaged

Please reach out to me within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery if your order was damaged in transit.

 A few clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

PLEASE NOTE

• Damage claims made after 48hrs of delivery cannot be accepted.
• I do no offer refunds for scent preference, melted items due to being left outdoors, or misused products.

 

Once I receive your email, I’ll work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund.
