Thank you for supporting my small batch candle shop! Below you’ll find answers to common questions about shipping, processing times, and the handmade process


How long will it take to ship my order?

Because candles and wax melts are poured fresh in small batches, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. 10-14 business days for out of stocks. 

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

How much is shipping?
Flat rate shipping and free shipping on orders over $55 is offered. Your shipping total will be calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, I am only shipping within the United States.

Can I return or exchange an item?

All of the products are handmade and poured to order, so all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the products.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please email me at eastdistrictboutique@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a few clear photos of the item AND packaging. I'll do my best to make it right. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because orders begin processing quickly, I'm unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. If you made a mistake, reach out as soon as possible and I will do my best to help you.
